My Health Optimized is a wellness and education product for families. It handles information that is personal by definition — lab results, symptoms, supplements — so this page sets out plainly what we collect, what we do with it, and what stays under your control.
If you join the early-access list, we collect your name and email address. Nothing else. We do not ask for health information on that form and you should not put any there.
If you use the app, we collect what you choose to add: family member profiles, lab results you upload, symptoms you log, supplements and medications you record, and your conversations with the AI coaches. We also keep ordinary technical records such as sign-in times, needed to operate and secure the service.
We use your information to run the product for you: reading your labs, scoring markers against reference and optimal ranges, generating reports and protocols, and letting the coaches answer with your actual data in view rather than generically.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or share your health information with advertisers.
The coaches are software. Answering your questions involves processing the relevant parts of your data so the response reflects your situation. They provide education and general wellness guidance only — they do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and they defer to your treating clinician on anything medical.
A child's information is added and managed by a parent or guardian, and access to it is restricted to parents and guardians on the account. Pediatric guidance runs behind additional safety limits. If you believe a child's information has been added by someone without the right to do so, contact us and we will remove it.
Your data stays yours. You can view, correct, export, or delete what you have added, including deleting an individual family member or the whole account. Deleting removes your content from the live service.
Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
My Health Optimized is a consumer wellness and education product. It is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or clearinghouse, so it is not a HIPAA covered entity and this product is not a substitute for care from one. Information you keep here is protected by this policy and by the security measures above, not by HIPAA.
If this policy changes in a way that materially affects you, we will update the date above and tell account holders.
