These terms apply when you use My Health Optimized, including this website and the app. Using the service means you accept them.
My Health Optimized is a wellness and education tool. It helps you organize and understand health information you already have.
It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe, and the AI coaches are not clinicians and are not a substitute for one. Nothing in the product is medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never delay or disregard their advice because of something you read here.
If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number immediately.
You need to be 18 or older to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity on your account.
You may add family members, including children, only where you are their parent or legal guardian, or where you otherwise have the right to manage their information.
What you add stays yours. You give us permission to process it for the purpose of operating the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
Do not misuse the service: no attempting to breach or probe its security, no scraping or bulk extraction, no reselling access, and no uploading another person's health information without their consent or your legal authority.
The product is under active development and features may change. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give account holders reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Pricing has not been announced. When it is, the terms of any membership, trial, and cancellation will be presented to you before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without that.
The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that any insight, score, report, or coach response is accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances — that judgement belongs to you and your clinician.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions taken in reliance on the product rather than on qualified medical advice.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken.
